The Solution
TeleSync combines a portable clinical examination device, a guided mobile application, emergency-support functions and a doctor dashboard. Together they let patients or caregivers collect vital signs and heart and lung sounds, then share structured information for remote clinical review.
Examine anywhere. Review everywhere.
Three functions carry a physical examination from the bedside to the clinician, even when the two are hundreds of kilometres apart.

Doctor advises or starts teleconsultation
Guidance is sent back, or a call begins with the data already in hand.
Escalate or refer when needed
Abnormal cases move quickly to hospital referral.
The Technology
Compact hardware, guided software
The enclosure is designed in Autodesk Fusion around an ESP-32 microcontroller. A MAX30102 optical sensor sits behind the window at the top of the device, alongside a temperature sensor, while a stethoscope module on the back captures heart and lung sounds. A built-in screen shows readings directly on the device.
The mobile application is designed in Figma. It is planned to work offline first, storing examinations securely and synchronising them when a connection becomes available.
